The Provincetown IB Schools Early Learning Center is located in the Veteran’s Memorial Community Center at 2 Mayflower Street, Provincetown, MA. The Early Learning Center is home to our Infant/Toddler Program, Preschool (PK3) and Prekindergarten (PK4) classrooms.

We believe each child is a unique individual and respect and value the special qualities your child brings to our ELC community.
Enrollment Prioritization
Enrollment in the Infant / Toddler Program is dependent upon space availability in each of our three classrooms, Infants, Early Toddler and Late Toddler. Priority for placement is given in the following order:
Town of Provincetown Employees (working for the municipality or school district) / Provincetown Residents (Full-Time)
Siblings of current Provincetown IB Schools students
Employees of Provincetown Businesses (employed within Provincetown businesses; must be able to demonstrate employment)
Other Families
Please note, the Infant / Toddler Program is not designed for drop-in, short term, or summer only care.
Tuition Rates for the 2024-2025 Calendar Year
Infants/Toddlers Tuition: $75 per day
Sliding Scale 1: $65 per day
Sliding Scale 2: $55 per day
PK3/PK4 Tuition: $45 per day
Sliding Scale 1: $38 per day
Sliding Scale 2: $27 per day
Financial Assistance
Provincetown resident families & town employee families ELC tuition is currently covered under the town voucher program. We accept vouchers for our ELC programs from Outer Cape towns and can provide families with financial assistance if necessary. Please contact ELC Manager Dr. Bry Taylor for further information. Infant Ages: 8 weeks to 15 months
Toddler Ages: 15 months to 36 months
Students must be age 3 by September 1 of the current academic year to enroll in PK3 and age 4 by September 1 to enroll in PK4.
