Marlee McKernan Project 351 Ambassador 2025

PROVINCETOWN—Provincetown IB Schools is proud to announce MYP3 student Marlee McKernan as this year’s Project 351 Ambassador for Provincetown.

Marlee will spend a year working with Cradles to Crayons (C2C) to support its mission of leading clothing drives for the children served by C2C.

Marlee says she draws inspiration from her friends and family to participate in local fundraisers, including the Provincetown Swim for Life & Paddler Flotilla, which raises money for a variety of local non-profit and educational organizations. This past year for the 37th annual event, Marlee became the youngest participant to paddle 1.2 miles and raise more than $1,500.

“Seeing the beneficiaries receive and use funds I helped raise made me feel so proud, and I’m already planning to beat my fundraising goal this year,” Marlee said.

“The young people who serve with Project 351 are great examples of what makes Massachusetts a leader in so many important ways,” said Governor Maura Healey. “These Ambassadors demonstrate what is possible when we work together to make the changes we all want to see in our own communities.”
